- **Original Artwork:** Due to their unique nature, original artworks **cannot be returned or refunded**. If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within **72 hours** with photos, and I’ll assist with an insurance claim or possible resolution.
**8. What if my package is lost or stolen?**
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave my hands. However, if you experience an issue, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to help resolve it with the carrier.
