**Processing & Shipping Times**  

• **Print-on-Demand Prints (via Printful)**: Orders are processed within **2-7 business days**, with shipping times varying based on location. Estimated delivery within the U.S. is **5-12 business days**, while international orders may take **10-25 business days**.  
• **Original Artwork**: Originals are carefully packaged and shipped within **5-7 business days** via a trusted carrier. Shipping times depend on the destination, with tracking provided upon dispatch.  

**Shipping Rates & Tracking**  
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.  
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.  

 **Returns & Refunds**  
Due to the nature of my art, **all sales are final**, but I am committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase.  

 **Print-on-Demand Prints**: Since prints are made to order, **returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted** unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, contact me within **7 days** of delivery with photos of the damage, and I’ll work with Printful to arrange a replacement.
 
- **Original Artwork**: Due to their unique nature, **original artworks cannot be returned or refunded**. However, if your piece arrives damaged, contact me within **72 hours** of delivery with clear photos, and I will assist with an insurance claim or discuss possible solutions.  

#### **Lost or Stolen Packages**  
I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave my hands. However, if you experience an issue, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to help you resolve it with the carrier.
